You will be asked to rate your need for professional development (PD) for knowledge/skill statements within each task of the five domains using the scale below. You should consider your level of preparedness and/or if you utilize or intend to utilize the concept in your current or future practice.
|No Need||I have no need for PD in this area||0|
|Little Need||I have little need for PD in this area||1|
|Some Need||I have some need for PD in this area||2|
|Substantial Need||I have a substantial need for PD in this area||3|
- Any skipped statements will be assigned a "No Need" rating
- Item responses can be changed at any time prior to ending the PDNA
When you reach the end of the PDNA, you will be asked if you want to end the assessment. If you select "Yes," your responses will be submitted for analysis and the diagnostic report will appear. If you select "No," you will remain on the last page of the PDNA. You can navigate through the PDNA to review and/or change your responses. You must return to the last page of the PDNA to submit your responses for analysis.
The diagnostic report will provide you with color-coded results based on your overall average within each domain and within each task. Each result corresponds to your PD needs as shown below.
