BOC Welcomes New Senior Manager of Professional Development

The BOC is pleased to announce the hiring of Allison Hunt as Senior Manager of Professional Development. Hunt replaces Jessica Roberts as the point of contact for the BOC Approved Provider Program.
Hunt comes to the BOC from Doane University with extensive knowledge and experience in instructional design and learning technologies. She most recently held the role of assistant director of instructional design services helping to shape the department since its establishment. Hunt holds both undergraduate and advanced degrees from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, including her bachelor’s in psychology and master’s in teaching, learning and teacher education.
In her spare time, Hunt enjoys cycling and used to participate as a competitive cyclist (Cyclocross). She has a pointer mix dog named Sage and likes to spend time visiting with family and friends. Hunt has a voracious appetite for learning and reads a lot of books. Most recently, she started taking math courses to get up to the calculus level in order to gain entrance into graduate school for a master’s in data analytics.
