Evidence to Practice: Engaging the AT Research Agenda as a Researcher
Researcher and Athletic Trainers (ATs) collaborations can advance the AT Research Agenda by facilitating clinical translational research, answering clinically relevant questions and determining meaningful outcome measures to collect. In addition, it can provide access to patients at the point-of-care and help make external funding more competitive.
The Strategic Alliance Research Agenda Task Force conducted a mixed methodology study consisting of six focus-groups, a content-expert review and a web-based survey. The below infographic takes a closer on how researchers can utilize the athletic training research agenda in their practice.
