A Fresh Approach to Professional Growth

For many Athletic Trainers (ATs), the new CPC Renewal process and Pathfinder represent a welcome shift in how continuing education is approached, moving from routine completion to purposeful development.

“I look forward to using this new CPC – powered by Pathfinder – process to strengthen my skills and knowledge as an AT. I think it’s very easy for us to get into the same rut of learning about the same things all the time. CPC provides an opportunity to really evaluate my weaknesses and look for ways to get better at those areas—the idea of ‘making CEUs count rather than just counting CEUs.’”

With tools like My Learning Path, ATs can plan ahead, schedule activities and balance both broad and targeted learning over time, thus reducing the need to rush at the end of a reporting cycle. Even for those new to Pathfinder, early experiences suggest a system that becomes intuitive with use, helping ATs set goals, complete My Challenge Questions, and track their progress along the way.

The takeaway from early adopters is simple: this is a different approach, but one that encourages growth, consistency and a more meaningful connection to everyday practice.
