File a Complaint

If a member of the public (i.e., consumer, patient, employer, colleague) believes that an AT or Candidate has violated the BOC Standards of Professional Practice, they can file a complaint. Fortunately, the BOC receives very few complaints against BOC Certified ATs or Candidates. For more information on filing a complaint, please view the BOC Discipline Process handout and FAQs. When a complaint is filed, the BOC complies with the Professional Practice and Discipline Guidelines and Procedures.
