BOC CEO Anne Minton Named to Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.) Board of Directors
The Board of Certification (BOC) is pleased to announce that Anne Minton, MBA, ICE-CCP, our chief executive officer, has been ele
cted to the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.) Board of Directors, effective 2026. This appointment reflects Minton’s longstanding commitment to excellence in professional credentialing and her deep understanding of the evolving needs of stakeholders across the certification landscape. Minton has spent her professional career in credentialing and examination services at the BOC, with over 27 years of experience.
As the BOC continues to advance its mission as a leading credentialing organization, Minton’s role on the I.C.E. Board will further strengthen our influence within the broader credentialing community. Her leadership will help shape industry standards, promote best practices, and support initiatives that enhance the quality, integrity and value of certification programs nationwide.
